Cloudflare opened a managed Cloudflare OS waitlist on October 1, 2026. This AI agent workspace connects company information and systems for tasks such as document creation. Organizations can already deploy the open-source product in their Cloudflare account. Source

Choose who operates the workspace

Self-deployment leaves installation, operations and updates to the organization. The managed option assigns those to Cloudflare; companies choose users, shared knowledge and procedures, and reachable systems. Interested organizations join the waitlist for further information. Source

Select the work material to connect

Agents can research Gmail conversations, draft and send emails. Drive connections can cover the entire drive, a folder, or individual documents and sheets. Those choices define which work material agents can consult. Source

Existing GitHub repositories, which hold code and its history, can also connect. Agents can find and edit files, record and push changes, or request review through pull requests. Source

Check handoff formats

Depending on the output, built-in document, presentation and spreadsheet tools export .xlsx, CSV, PDF, Markdown or HTML. Word .docx and PowerPoint .pptx exports are planned. Receiving teams can check whether their required format is available now. Source
