Cloudflare introduced Issues for Workers in open beta on September 30, 2026. The built-in monitor groups related exceptions, HTTP 5xx responses and error logs, even when separate requests have different IDs. Operators can see when a problem first appeared and how often it has occurred, instead of treating every failed request as an unrelated incident. Source

What an issue contains

An issue can show a stack trace, nearby logs and traces, the Worker version, request details and a trend over time. Cloudflare says collection can be enabled through Workers configuration without adding a separate SDK. That gives a developer a starting point for investigation, especially after a deployment introduces a recurring failure. Source

Optional delivery to an agent

An operator may configure an automation that sends issue context when a frequency threshold is reached or an issue returns. Destinations include supported coding agents, a generic webhook and chat or incident workflows. The recipient gets diagnostic material, but whether it investigates, changes code or opens a pull request depends on the workflow configured by the operator. Source
