Four games compared on the same terms
The table preserves the announcement’s October 29 date. U means Ultimate, P means Premium and PC means PC Game Pass. “Console” retains the source’s broader label, distinct from Series X/S. Source

Suppose a Premium subscriber is choosing between FFVII Remake Intergrade and Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted. The announcement includes FFVII in that plan. Reading the date together with the plan identifies which game the subscription opens. Xbox defines Mouthwashing’s “Handheld” label as optimized for handheld play. Source
PC subscriptions and cloud access
Cloud play runs a game on remote servers and streams its screen to the player’s device. The table lists each game’s overall environments. The official plan page describes PC Game Pass as PC-only and explicitly excludes cloud gaming from that subscription. PC subscribers should therefore match their plan to the PC environment. Availability varies by region, plan, platform and time. Source
For cloud play extending into November, there is another announced condition. Xbox’s September 3 post schedules monthly included cloud hours from November: 15 for Ultimate, 10 for Premium and five for Essential. It plans to sell additional time, with hours, purchasing options and features potentially varying by market. That post promises additional-time pricing and details later. Games arriving and leaving
Deep Rock Galactic, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and Wartales are among the games scheduled to leave on October 31. The FAQ says library access lasts until the subscription is canceled or expires, or the game leaves. For someone finishing an existing game, that departure date also helps set the schedule. The two plan groups are more directly useful for choosing than the shared arrival date. FFVII and Mouthwashing give Premium members more options within their existing subscription. Interest in the other two calls for comparing the intended device with the included plans before weighing a subscription change.
Available playing time belongs in that comparison too. Finishing a departing game or starting a new one changes the value of the same library. Cloud-focused players will be able to reassess when November’s market-specific conditions and extra-time prices become concrete. As access to more games grows, we hope selection screens make the relevant plan and playing time easier to understand together.
