Sony Interactive Entertainment announced on October 2, 2026 that Ghost of Yōtei Complete Edition is available on PS5. It combines the existing story campaign and Legends multiplayer with two additions: the narrative expansion Echoes of Sekigahara and the roguelike mode Most Wanted. Source
How the two additions differ
Echoes of Sekigahara is a story expansion that moves between the present and flashbacks to Atsu’s time on the mainland. Actor Erika Ishii said she returned to record the expansion several months after finishing dialogue for the original game. It extends Atsu’s story rather than serving as a separate multiplayer mode. Most Wanted is a non-canonical roguelike mode. Roguelike describes a structure built around repeated attempts rather than one fixed playthrough. The mode uses a more mythical tone and includes new dialogue for Atsu and returning Ghost protagonist Jin. Source

A first-time PS5 player can get the campaign, Legends, the new story and the repeat-run mode in one edition.
