The News, Explained

SK Telecom’s November 1 membership announcement includes T day Week on November 2–6. T day offers time-limited partner benefits through T membership. This article compares three offers—Baemin×60계치킨, Dunkin and Paris Baguette—by eligibility, spending rules and redemption method. Their detailed notices list November 2 at 09:00 through November 6 at 23:59; participating-store opening hours also affect when they can be used. Source Source

Baemin×60계치킨: a fixed-value coupon registered in the app

The coupon takes KRW 6,000 off for GOLD and SILVER members, or KRW 8,000 for VIP members. It requires at least KRW 20,000 in menu items, excluding alcohol and delivery fees, at participating 60계치킨 outlets on the Baemin app. Eligible order modes include pickup, store delivery and Baemin’s single-order or economical delivery services, subject to their regional availability. Claim the coupon on the T day event screen, find its number in the T membership coupon wallet, register that number in Baemin’s coupon wallet, then apply it when ordering and paying in Baemin. One coupon can be issued per membership card in the member’s name and registered per Baemin ID; one coupon applies per payment. Telephone orders and on-site payment are excluded. It cannot be combined with another coupon or paid using T Plus Points. Some stores are excluded and supplies can run out; both registration and use must be completed within the event period. Source

Dunkin: VIP-only, 40% on an eligible base capped at KRW 15,000

Dunkin offers VIP members a 40% discount or points accrual. The calculation applies to a regular-price order amount capped at KRW 15,000, giving a maximum discount of KRW 6,000 or 6,000 points. The member’s selected discount or points option applies. The points option awards T Plus Points in place of an immediate discount; points accrue on the payment amount and become usable from the day after payment. Source

Open the special Magic Barcode (매직 바코드) on the offer’s T day card and show it to a staff member before paying. This barcode activates the event benefit; an ordinary T membership barcode receives the base discount or accrual rate. Kiosk and QR-code payments, and screenshots of the barcode, are excluded. Combo or set menus and promotional or discounted products are ineligible, and the benefit cannot be stacked with another Dunkin promotion. It is available once per membership card in the member’s name during the event, with some stores excluded. Source

Paris Baguette: a benefit per KRW 1,000, with a KRW 30,000 base cap

Paris Baguette offers KRW 200 off or 200 points per KRW 1,000. The eligible regular-price purchase base is capped at KRW 30,000, for a maximum discount of KRW 6,000 or 6,000 points. Dunkin’s KRW 15,000 and Paris Baguette’s KRW 30,000 are the maximum purchase amounts used to calculate their benefits. Baemin’s KRW 20,000 is the minimum eligible order amount. These figures serve different roles in choosing an offer. Source

Show the offer’s T day Magic Barcode to store staff before payment. An ordinary barcode receives the base benefit; kiosk, Paris Baguette app and QR-code payments are excluded. Amounts paid with mobile vouchers such as Happycon or gifticons are outside the discount or points calculation. Barcode screenshots and stacking with another promotion are also restricted, and some special locations, including certain rest-area, station and shop-in-shop outlets, are excluded. Points accrue on the payment amount and become usable from the next day. Source

Each of these three offer notices excludes T 우주 LITE customers and sets a once-per-event-period use limit for that offer. Switching between the discount and points options still counts toward the same offer’s limit. Store participation and available ordering hours follow each offer’s terms. This comparison covers these three offers. Source

OYOPICK’s Take

A useful starting point is whether the offer fits a purchase already planned and the way it will be ordered and paid for. Dunkin and Paris Baguette share a KRW 6,000 maximum benefit, but their calculation bases, eligible products and store conditions differ. Baemin adds a minimum order and coupon-registration step; the two store offers require showing a special barcode to staff. Reading these conditions alongside the headline saving helps determine whether an offer applies to a particular purchase.

Minimum spending versus a calculation cap, and ordinary versus event barcodes, are easy distinctions to overlook. If the app displays each offer’s spending rule and excluded payment methods clearly beside its coupon or barcode, it could make eligibility easier to judge at checkout. We hope clearer presentation helps people choose digital membership benefits that fit their own everyday plans.
